Our Policy

Deseo Salon & BlowDry is Denver’s choice for luxury and style

Your appointment is very important to our Deseo Salon & BlowDry team of professionals. We hold your appointment just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule, you please provide us with at least 24-hour notice. This way our stylists will be able to adjust their schedules accordingly, and we may be able to accommodate clients on our waitlist.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and appointment “no-shows” will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of your scheduled service amount. All clients will be required to have a credit card in our encrypted system to hold appointments. By scheduling an appointment with your credit card you are agreeing to these terms. We appreciate you and your business.

We ask that you DO NOT come into the salon if you had a recent Covid exposure, symptoms, or a positive test! Please call the salon for rescheduling options.

Deposits are NOT refundable.

A $25.00 service fee will be applied to all consultation appointment no-shows and cancellations within 24 hours of the consultation.

Product returns – During the Covid 19 era, product returns are not allowed and all sales are final.

Hair extensions – all hair extensions are ordered specifically for the client, therefore all sales are final and returns are absolutely not allowed.

SMS Communications Terms

By providing your mobile phone number when booking an appointment with Deseo Salon and BlowDry, you consent to receive SMS text messages from us related to your appointments and our services.

Program description. Deseo Salon and BlowDry sends appointment reminder text messages to clients who have booked appointments through our online booking system. You will typically receive up to three reminders for each scheduled appointment: one approximately 10 days before your appointment, one approximately 3 days before your appointment (sent from our Boulevard booking platform), and one approximately 1 day before your appointment.

Message frequency. Up to 3 reminder messages per scheduled appointment, plus occasional account or booking-related messages as needed. Frequency may vary based on your booking activity.

Opt-in. You opt in to receive these messages by booking an appointment through our online booking system at https://blvd.app/@deseo and providing your mobile phone number. Consent to receive SMS messages is presented at the time of booking and is required to confirm your appointment.

Opt-out. You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After replying STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. To opt out of marketing texts only while continuing to receive transactional appointment reminders, reply NO PROMOS.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details. Deseo Salon and BlowDry does not charge for SMS messages.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. Your mobile phone number and SMS preferences are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.

Eligibility. This SMS program is available to clients of Deseo Salon and BlowDry located in the United States with a valid US mobile phone number.

Changes. We may modify these SMS program terms at any time. Continued participation in the program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
