Deseo Salon & BlowDry is Denver’s choice for luxury and style

Your appointment is very important to our Deseo Salon & BlowDry team professionals. We hold your appointment just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule, you please provide us with at least 24-hour notice. This way our stylists will be able to adjust their schedules accordingly, and we may be able to accommodate clients on our waitlist.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of your scheduled service amount. Appointment “no shows” will also be charged a no show fee of 100% of the scheduled service amount. All clients will be required to have a credit card in our encrypted safe system to hold all appointments. By scheduling an appointment with your credit card you are agreeing to our terms. We appreciate you and your business.

We ask that you NOT come into the salon if you had an exposure, have symptoms, or are Covid positive. If you notify us less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will only be allowed to reschedule but not cancel your appointment by putting a 100% deposit down on the rescheduled appointment. If you chose to cancel, we will charge the card on file for the entire appointment amount.

Deposits are NOT refundable.

A $25.00 service fee will be applied to all consultation appointment no-shows and cancellations within 24 hours of the consultation.

Product returns – During the Covid 19 era, product returns are not allowed and all sales are final.

Hair extensions – all hair extensions are ordered specifically for the client, therefore all sales are final and returns are absolutely not allowed.
