For Jess, being a hairstylist has always been about more than hair. It is the confidence that comes from feeling beautiful, the moment someone lights up when they look in the mirror, and the connections made along the way. Originally from Germany (she will tell you she is probably the least German-acting German you will ever meet), Jess spent nearly a decade in Baltimore before making Colorado home. She trained as an apprentice in a Maryland salon, earned her license, and then moved to Denver, where she became a K-tip extension educator, teaching other stylists application, placement, and technique.
Extensions are where Jess does her most detailed work. She specializes in K-tip installs and hybrid installs that combine rows of wefts with strategically placed K-tips, and she plans every set around your density, your lifestyle, and the health of your natural hair, so you get length and fullness without a heavy or obvious result. She pairs that with dimensional color, balayage and foilayage, corrective color, soft layered cuts, and the kind of blowout that shows off every bit of movement. She also offers Brazilian Blowout smoothing for clients who want easier styling between visits.
Outside the salon, she is a proud wife and mom who loves fitness, meaningful conversations, and a good laugh. Her faith is at the center of her life, keeping her grounded and reminding her to approach everything with gratitude and purpose.
