Her professional career began at the Aveda Institute in Birmingham, AL, where she was selected for the prestigious Neill Full Potential competition for hair design. That recognition propelled her into advanced training in New Orleans, where she excelled as a color specialist for seven years. During this time, Lilly also showcased her artistry by curating hair shows for Elevate Hair and Aveda, deepening her expertise in creative expression and collaborative design.
